"112 is listening" project

The first step for the project “112 is listening” has been made in the cooperation between Konya Local Health Authority and Sağlık-Der Konya Branch.

The protocol of the project has been signed by Dr. Hasan Küçükkendirci and Mustafa Şimşek. With this project, the health staff that works at 112 Ambulance Emergency Service stations will be trained for sign language.

The project aims to develop the communication between hearing impaired patients and health staff; and accelerate the process of diagnosis and treatment. If the staff accomplish the training, a Sign Language Training Certificate will be given.
